The Cultural Heritage Due Diligence Assessment is an initial desktop review. It is not a cultural heritage clearance and does not satisfy or discharge a client’s Duty of Care obligations.
The $2,500 + GST fixed fee applies to projects within our standard Due Diligence scope. Larger or more complex projects may require a separately scoped quotation, which we’ll discuss with you before proceeding.
Where further cultural heritage assessment or other work is considered necessary, this will be identified in our recommendations.
Native Title assessment is not included as standard and can be separately scoped where relevant.
