Redleaf Group completed a Native Title assessment in relation to the proposed realignment of Luck Road, Kingaroy. The assessment involved a review of land tenure (historic and current), relevant registered Native Title claims, and consideration of statutory obligations to provide recommendations for mitigating project risks relating to Native Title compliance.

• Identification and analysis of the Wakka Wakka People #3 Registered Native Title Claim over Lot 40RP814983
• Recommendation of Future Act notification processes if Native Title is not extinguished in affected areas
• Guidance on procedural rights for relevant Native Title parties as per Queensland Government policies
