Jay is a graduate in Archaeology from the University of Queensland with a specialisation in Cultural Heritage Ethics and Australian Archaeology. He brings experience in site surveying, stakeholder consultation, and heritage values assessments, having previously worked alongside Indigenous elders on shell midden mapping projects.

Jay's background includes extensive customer-facing roles, which underpin his excellent communication, planning, and analytical skills. With experience managing a public heritage-listed site, he understands the importance of preserving historical assets while balancing contemporary use.
