Redleaf Group Heritage attends the 2026 TSBE First Nations Women in Business Event

Redleaf Group Heritage was proud to attend the 2026 TSBE First Nations Women in Business event, with our Heritage Coordinator, Peta, representing the team at this inspiring evening of connection, leadership and celebration.
Hosted by Toowoomba and Surat Basin Enterprise (TSBE), the event brought together First Nations business owners, industry leaders, community representatives and organisations from across the region to recognise the achievements and growing influence of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women in business.
The evening featured insightful discussions from accomplished First Nations leaders, who shared their personal journeys, the challenges they have overcome, and the opportunities they see for future generations. It also provided an opportunity for attendees to build new relationships, strengthen existing partnerships and celebrate the success of First Nations businesses.
One of the highlights for Peta was connecting with Ashley Williams, Indigenous Business Connector at TSBE, along with many other professionals who are committed to supporting First Nations economic participation and creating opportunities for Indigenous businesses to thrive.
For Redleaf Group Heritage, attending events such as the First Nations Women in Business dinner is about much more than networking. Building respectful, long-term relationships with Traditional Owners, Indigenous organisations and First Nations businesses is central to the way we deliver cultural heritage services across Australia.
Our work is grounded in collaboration, ensuring cultural heritage values are recognised, respected and protected while supporting clients to achieve positive project outcomes. Opportunities to engage directly with Indigenous leaders and communities help us continue to learn, strengthen partnerships and ensure our approach remains informed by the voices and knowledge of the communities we work alongside.
We thank TSBE for hosting another outstanding event and for creating a platform that celebrates First Nations leadership while encouraging meaningful collaboration between industry and Indigenous businesses.
As Redleaf Group Heritage continues to support projects across Australia, we remain committed to fostering genuine partnerships that contribute to positive cultural heritage outcomes and stronger relationships with First Nations communities.
